At Brodie Dental, we cover all your family’s dentistry needs. From the first Happy Visit at 1 year old to all the cleanings and exams as they grow, we love being a partner in your child’s health.
Dr. Scott Brodie will take the time to listen to you and your child’s concerns and answer all your questions. He uses a gentle touch and thorough explanations to put our littlest patients at ease. And don’t forget the assistants and hygienists – we all look forward to creating a positive, fun atmosphere.
We accept children of all ages and are happy to work with your family’s schedule to coordinate appointment times.
Dr. Brodie’s recommended schedule for little ones:
- 1st Happy Visit – between 1 and 2 years old
- Regular Cleanings – begin at 3 years old
Nightguards
We believe in prevention, and nothing protects your teeth from nighttime grinding like a nightguard. During your appointment, we will take an impression of your upper and lower teeth to make a custom-fit nightguard just for you. It fits snugly on your teeth while you sleep, keeping them safe from grinding and chipping. We are happy to schedule the impression appointment at your next visit.
Dental Hygiene
From standard maintenance cleanings to in-depth scaling and root planning, our office uses the latest technology to provide an exceptional cleaning while maintaining patient comfort.
While scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque, tartar (calculus) and stain, our Dental Hygienists are also monitoring your gum and bone health and checking for signs of decay. We believe in early detection and conservative treatment, and regular cleanings and exams are the key to prevention and minimally invasive dentistry.
